This charge DOES NOT include the actual shipping charges, casket, visitation, rites or ceremonies prior to forwarding of the remains.

This charge includes local transportation from common carrier within fifty (50) miles; basic services of staff and overhead; and transportation (funeral van) to local cemetery within fifty (50) miles.
This charge DOES NOT include shipping charges of common carrier, visitation, casket; rites or ceremonies prior to burial of the remains, casket, flower vehicle, outer burial container or cemetery charges.

This charge includes local transportation from common carrier within fifty (50) miles; basic services of staff and overhead; transportation (funeral van) to local cemetery within fifty (50) miles; use of facilities and staff for one (1) day visitation; use of facilities and staff for chapel funeral service or necessary staff for funeral service at other facility; and flower vehicle within a fifty (50) miles radius.
*Transportation in excess of 50 miles will be subject to an additional charge of $3.00 per mile, one way.
This charge DOES NOT include shipping charges of common carrier, outer burial container or cemetery charges.

This charge DOES NOT include shipping charges of common carrier, casket, use of facilities and staff for funeral service, outer burial container or cemetery charges.
